本公司来自台湾，以代理卡通品牌业务为主。1994年于上海设立公司，开拓国内市场，主要品牌为美国PEANUTS系列，其余为美国的SAD
SAM & HONEY,FIDO DIDO,CARE BEARS 以及芬兰MOOMIN。公司商品初期为玩具、礼品、现已扩及家庭用品、箱包、汽车配件、手机配饰等，销售通道除全国各地区经销商外，以百货公司、精品店及大型连锁店为主体，并自行设立转柜，逐年增加，以期能连锁经营，形成大规模加盟店体系。外销OEM则广及拉丁美洲，最终目标成为世界各国授权厂商的生产基地。

Our company comes from
Taiwan and engaging in agent of many cartoon
products. We established Shanghai Branch in
1994 to develop domestic market. Its business
scope includes America PEANUTS, SAD SAM &
HONEY, FIDO DIDO, CARE BEARS and Finland MOOMIN.
At the beginning, goods of the company are
toy and gift, and expand to household supplies,
luggage, automobile and mobile phone accessories,
etc. at present. Besides sold by dealers all
over the country, they are also sold in department
stores, choice quality stores and large-scale
chain stores with special counters which are
increasing year by year.OEM has spread to Latin
America and Europe. We are willing to be the
base of worldwide manufacturers.
